Positive: Very clean, well equipped, great location, comfortable
Negative: Better communication of what’s coming after booking. $500 security deposit and another $66 for linen hire (which we had to put in ourselves) probably weren’t ideal for some. We would have brought our own linen knowing the ‘luxury’ of having all prepared for us isn’t included in the extra $66. We thought when they said ‘it would be ready for us’ meant that it would be put on for us.
